Today NCC Land training quite tough. Jeffrey drive us very hard lor...
This morning we fall-in at about 6.55am. Wait until Staff Julian came, then we fall in at the area in front of the staircase, wait until the bell ring, wait until they start the announcements. Just as they were announcing the Junior Show winners, I couldn't take it liaoz, blacked out(I DID NOT FAINT). Rest for a while, then Kaiser and Shampoo join me and another Part B, Kaiser because he vomited, and Shampoo because he say he feel a bit dizzy.
Anyway, training started with filling up some forms etc. then some of the Part D handed us over to the Part Cs(Kaiser, Jeffrey, and two other names which I don't know how to spell). Anyway, they gave us 5 minutes to change into half-u, then we do PT. Stretching exercises, then we did 3 BX, 20, 15, 10 respectively. After that we got water break, then went for the run. Roughly about eight rounds.
After the run we change back into uniform, then Jeffrey tried to teach us a marching drill. A bit confusing, but I can grasp it barely.
After Part A sergeants take over, we elected to play Captain's Ball. Had to change into half-u AGAIN.
At first, Christina, Ben, Marcus, Sahrizan and Jia Xun were in my group. Then the stupid Shampoo fall out, then one of the sergeants take his place. Then Telson from the other team as well, fall out also. So now my team playing against the other team with two sergeants. When we complained not fair, Di Sheng come join my team, then Christina go over to the other team. In the end, my team lost 19-21.
