Finally finished watching FMA. Don't really like the ending, which is the movie ending, but maybe because many people don't like, there's going to be a season 2 =P
In the end Ed and Al come to our world and stay here. They close the gate on this side while Roy Mustang close the gate in Amestris (Shamballa). The movie ends when Ed and Al hitch a ride with some people that looks like Scar and Lust. They are going to find the uranium bomb that came from Amestris into our world -.-
People don't like it because Ed and Al never stay in Amestris but come back to our world...
