O.o random post. I was looking into the mirror just now while washing my hands and I realized that my eyes were like dark amber or light brown. Interesting.
Anyway. Anila gave me a word to blog about. Or I asked her. Whatever. The word was crush.
Okay, so there are two meanings to that word, literally and figuratively. Obviously, I'll talk about literally first.
You crush a person by putting him/her under a block of cement. -.-
Of course, talking about crush figuratively can mean:
- you crush a person inside
- you crush on someone
If you crush a person inside, it means that you say or do something that makes the person lose the will to live (or something like that). Or you can also use the word zombified. The person becomes a shell lor. Or something like that. I don't know how to say lah.
If you don't know the meaning about crushing on someone, you can go ask someone to crush you liao. For StarClan's sake -.-
A crush on someone can be said as puppy love, since it's like an adoring, worshipful affection that can be felt by a puppy. The term is often used as a emotion that is shallow in comparision to other forms of love. (Ugh. Do I have to do a post about love? =.=)
It was known as calf love in the olden times (WTH -.-).
Usually, a crush lasts only for a short period of time, and it only happens because you admire that person or you like one of that person's quality. But after a while, you see his/her shortcomings, and you start to see him/her only as a friend, or even as an enemy.
Okay, I think that's all. Ugh.
