So, things are more or less back to normal...I hope. And I don't really mind being left out anymore, cause I know I have a couple of pretty close friends that I can count on...so yeah, no love's lost. Gives me some more time to think also lor. Like what I'm going to do for the HTML layout and plan for Dragon Warriors: Dark Spell animation...

And today, the string of my four-leaf clover pendant snapped. WAH. Cause first of all, I love four-leaf clovers, second, my pendant has been with me since P5, third, it's sort of a good luck charm that I can't do without. T.T

I'm supposed to be doing maths, since I've fallen behind in algebra due to Camp STEEL...but not really in the mood to study. (I ask you, when was I EVER in the mood to study algebra? -.-)

So I'm going to continue the post about what happened in Camp STEEL, followed by Friday's training - or affirmation ceremony... Be prepared for a extremely long post.

Okay, I left off at the paintball. Anyway, all the AMKSS were in one group (as expected), but then cause each team must have seven or eight people, then Lightning 1 only got 6 AMKsians, Remus joined us. Who's Remus? A guy from Yuying sec that became friends with Nicholas, and then with the rest of us. Anyway, we were supposed to wear the vest, neck protector and helmet lah...wear the helmet is like, damn hard to breathe sia...My team's base was the one further from the entrance...and somehow, all the teams who got sent there lose...coincidental? Lols. Our aim was to shoot down the opponent's three bottles, then one person has to go into the area marked by ropes called the No Man's Land to get the flag, then run back to his/her own base. And then, something really funny. My team already shot down all the bottles, but then is like we all crouching there, shooting at other people. NO ONE WENT TO TAKE THE FREAKING FLAG. WALAO. Obviously we lost. SOME MORE, the other team cheated. I hit one guy, then he never go back to base. Cause the rule is if you kenna hit you must return to your base, then come back. -.-

After paintball we had an early dinner. Quite nice, and I heard lotsa people comparing it to last year's camp FEAST food. I already forgot the food last year liao lol...

I sorta forgot what happened after that...as many people know, SHORT-TERM MEMORY.

At the end of the day all the platoons were supposed to present the flag, mission, vision etc. to the whole camp. My part was the so-called Troop 1 Section 1. Must send three representatives, so me, Izzah and another guy, Wen Yu from Punggol Sec volunteered. Somewhere in the middle of the groups presenting, the East District commandant, Sir James, said that Ang Mo Kio Sec very enthu lols. Second time I heard that liao!

Then we went for supper. Cake, sandwich, currypuff (AHEM), and once again...lychee drink... WTH...my platoon was drinking the lychee packet drink for lunch and dinner, NOW SUPPER give us lychee again -.-

Then we go back to the bunks, where there was a bit of confusion about which people in which bunks etc. The girls, once again, was put at the block 246. We went to shower, then after some time went to sleep lor. I chose the bunk below cause I prefer to sleep at the bottom. Izzah had to sleep at the bottom cause she sleepwalks sometimes. Those at the top very noisy leh! (Ahem, Delia, Anila...) Slept quite well, woke up a minute or so before the alarm went off. Lol, personal alarm clock.

PT ROCKS!!! The run, mostly. One run around the camp. SHIOK LOL. Lightning company Ang Mo Kio Sec run together, somewhere near the front. Cool lor. After PT we went for breakfast. Sorta little, but I was satiated with one helping. At least, this time, our drink wasn't lychee...

After breakfast was the obstacle course. Unlike last year, we were supposed to do the whole course instead of only a few. I did the whole course with Wen Yu and Clovis. Lol, me and Clovis do the first part of the course (the ramp with the pole, the leopard crawl, the high wall) damn fast, so in the end we needed to wait for Wen Yu at the Swinging Bridge there. The leopard crawl was kinda fun. Sir Herald wanted us to roll in the sand near the ramp with the pole before doing the leopard crawl so that 'we wouldn't be scared of getting dirty'. Diaoz...I pretended to already have rolled in the sand and made a run for the leopard crawl, but he caught me. Lols, do leopard crawl already will get dirty, so why does it matter if you rolled in the sand beforehand? =.=
Swinging bridge is damn easy lahs...after that is crawl through the tires. Wen Yu pretended to be a dog all the way while crawling through the tires, barking like mad, and Sir Herald asked the trainer, "Since when did we allow dogs in the camp?" LOL.
After the tires was the ropes. ONE OF MY FAVOURITES!! I used the one with the knots, cause I don't know how to use the one without yet. I needed some help getting up to the third knot, cause my arms not strong enough to pull me up, so Sir Herald told me to put one leg up first, then the other leg bring up. But obviously cannot lah, you put one leg up, then you put your weight on THAT leg and try to pull yourself up, that leg cannot grip and will slip. So in the end he help me hold the foot against the rope. I didn't reach the top bar, cause my hand not long enough T.T and if I climb the fourth knot I will be too high up liao. So I just touched the top most knot, the one that is looped around the bar, then come down. =P to Clovis and Wen Yu who can't do haha joking only. After the ropes is the balancing thingy, I don't know what it's called. That's my least favourite lol...because I can't climb up without bending down to keep my balance. Then cargo net. Neutral...the sirs follow Clovis, Wen Yu and me up lol...then because I was faster than him, Wen Yu kept shaking the net. Damn him lahs...
After that is my favourite. THE ROPE WHICH YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GRAB THEN SWING ACROSS THE WATER. Wen Yu went first, then he got totally wet XD I went next, but didn't gain enough momentum, then one foot went into the water lol. But it was fun. Then because I already wet liao, I went for another try. Sir Herald ask me why I go again, I told him until I succeed I won't stop trying, and also cause it's FUN!! The sirs go turn on the tap lor, then when Wen Yu go again, they all splash water at him. Second time I go, worse than first time sia. My legs totally went in, cause I didn't bring them up high enough. MY BERET WET!! I passed it to Izzah, then went again. This time I never kenna at all!!

After the obstacle course was the talk. Sat beside Wen Yu, who was so annoying that I switched places with Izzah, who was sitting on the other side of me. He and Clovis keep on talking non-stop sia...After the talk we went to canteen for lunch. On the way to the canteen we saw the rest of the platoons doing chicken dance. Haha, Sir Herald make them do one. Lols, saw Ryan and Shuen Boon.

Lazy to elaborate on what happened after lunch before we went home. Got talk, then went to bring out things down then distribute photo then bye bye...

Friday is affirmation ceremony for AMKSS NCC and six other schools...actually, we didn't have to attend if we didn't want to, cause Mdm Yeo say we already got camp mah, in the end, almost everyone volunteered to come. Haiz, nothing much about the affirmation ceremony, Kang Sheng and I were doing the traffic control thingy...then is like we were totally clueless as to how the walkie-talkie worked. Lol...

After ceremony we (as in Part B) drilled, then is damn fun compared to last times, cause is we all automatically be timers, then is quite loud? Then Howard go say timing for sedia and selandiri lols, cause that's what we did for camp mah. Actually is don't have one, but we only said for fun and to frustrate staff Kaiser XD.

Then everytime staff or SM want to besurai us, we all don't want.
