Rubystar’s (as leader of ThunderClan) nine lives.

1. Whitestorm; the gift of selflessness.

2. Runningwind; the gift of tireless energy.

3. Brambleclaw (I have no idea whether he became leader of Firestar or not, so just saying he didn’t.); the gift of justice.

4. Crowfeather of WindClan; the gift of determination.

7. Russetfur of ShadowClan; the gift of wisdom.

8. Lionblaze; the gift of courage.
9. Skystar (actually, it should be Sadiestar, but since there’s no such thing as a ‘Sadie’, and Sadie himself picked Skywhisker as his warrior name, he shall be known as Skystar instead); the gift of faith and trust.

I picked Whitestorm and Runningwind from the original series because they are the cats I admire most besides Cinderpelt (who reincarnated as Cinderheart) and Firestar (by rights, only the leader before you is allowed to give you a life). And I ripped Runningwind’s gift of tireless energy from the books =P

I liked Brambleclaw, Crowfeather and Leafpool from The New Prophecy, Brambleclaw with the gift of justice, because when Firestar received Redtail’s gift of justice, it was to judge his Clanmates fairly. Brambleclaw was always judged unfairly!

Sandstorm: I liked Sandstorm in the original series, in The New Prophecy she also become like what other fans say about Firestar – too perfect. She gives the gift of hope because of what happened in Firestar’s Quest. Russetfur: HAS ANYONE NOTICED THAT RUBYFUR’S PELT AND EYE COLOUR ARE EXACTLY THE SAME? Dark ginger with amber eyes.

Lionblaze is one of the Three that has the best fighting skills. Ahem, Rubyfur is a great fighter. The gift of courage, because the first of Firestar’s nine lives was given by Lionheart with the gift of courage, to fight countless battles to defend your Clan.

3. Fernpelt, fellow warrior who was killed in a fox attack; with the gift of courage, to defend the Clan in battle.
4. Icepaw, apprentice of Rubyfur who died in the prophecy of Elements of Disasters; with the gift of determination, to do what is right.
5. Featherstar, leader of RiverClan whom was helped by Rubyfur before; with the gift of wisdom, to make the hardest decisions.
6. Mothflight, medicine cat of BreezeClan before Iceweed; with the gift of compassion, to be mindful of all cats.
7. Berrystorm, senior warrior and representative of ForestClan in StarClan during the Elements of Disasters prophecy; with the gift of justice, to judge all cats fairly.
8. Emberflight, representative of FireClan in StarClan during the Elements of Disasters prophecy; with the gift of commitment, to be loyal to what is right.
9. Hawkstar, former leader of ForestClan before Rubystar; with the gift of trust and faith, to believe in Clanmates, the warrior code, StarClan, and ability to lead the Clan.
