How DarknessClan came to exist
Some moments passed, but nothing happened.
Am I in MysticClan? Dappleheart wondered. But she could still hear the sounds of battle around her. The warrior’s eyes flew open.
The white tom was nowhere to be found. Then Dappleheart saw Twigheart – locked in combat with him. With a yowl, she raced forward to join Twigheart.
The rogue did not seem daunted by the prospect of fighting two at a time. His smirk appeared to grow wider.
Twigheart leaped, claws outstretched. The rogue ducked, but Dappleheart dashed forward and managed to land a couple of blows. The white cat spun around and bit down on a paw as she tried to spring back. As Twigheart returned to attack, the tom let go and leaped away, appearing behind Twigheart.
Dappleheart dived forward, but before her claws hit their mark, the white cat darted to a side and hooked out her hind legs as she landed, tripping her. Dappleheart rolled to the side and leaped to her paws. Twigheart dashed in to attack. The tom ignored him, crouched, and leaped at Dappleheart.
This time, the she-cat flipped onto her back, so that the rogue met with all four sets of claws. The warrior gripped the white cat with her front paws, her hindlegs clawing at his belly. The tom yowled in pain. Dappleheart threw him off. He limped away, into the forest, bleeding heavily.
“Get out and stay out!” she spat.
All around, the battle was ending. Two more rogues fled, one lay motionless on the floor. The remaining rogues, seeing that they were outnumbered, backed away and fled. The ShadeClan cats let out a yowl of triumph.

>.< Badly written. No inspiration, cause I wanted to write more about the battle but I felt that it was too long. I wonder when Dappleheart will try to find out more about how her father died?
