Few more hours to 2011 =) Everyone’s writing their hopes and dreams and bidding farewell to 2010.

2010 was a stressful and successful year for me. There were plenty of hard times and joyful moments, and there was one decision I made that finally stopped what had been going on for two years and five months.

I feel even more committed to NCC Land, and to think that we’ve only have 5 months left. When I was a cadet and wanted to pursue PDS, I was restricted in almost every sense possible that I had to take to learning from other sources. Who would’ve thought that I would become an AI today? If I hadn’t fought for it the same time last year, I would not be where I am and feeling what I feel: accomplished. I felt that I’ve finally managed to leave a mark where I want it to be.

There was a crisis between me and a particular (ex) friend, but had it not happened, the rest of us would not be as bonded as we are now. And through it, I got to be closer to three other people, whom accepted and were accepted by my old group of friends. Now, we are one big gang that have fun together ^^

I can honestly say that I’ve improved in Audition, one of the few games that I continue playing for more than a few months (heck, I haven’t even touched PristonTale 2 since their CBT ended in October). Who can chain x7 perfects thrice in a day for CC4 mode? xD

I’ve gotten more involved in kpop, although I know I’m still far off from knowing every single thing about it. I’ve become an author for Endless Limits and Unique Co-Ed, which are fansites updating on the news of Infinite and Co-Ed respectively, and a moderator for Seven Desires (today’s my third day as a mod), a TOUCH forum. I really really really wanted to be a forum moderator, and I’ve never had a chance because all the other forums wanted experienced moderators.

And as for good old Forest Clans, having been around since 2007, we are constantly making new friends, finding old ones, making new allies and having arguments with other sites (started by the other party, I SWEAR). New features have been implemented, such as the Cats Outside of Clans, Events Channel etc, making the site even more active and fun. We have a new plotline going too =) I’m really proud of Forest Clans, the site and the members. And of course, Warriors, for without Erin Hunter, Rubyfur would have never existed.

Rescuing Kelvin was something important to me too. Orange died really early, and my mother disapproved of him in the first place. But now even though she disapproved of Kelvin as well, he’s still living well. Orange was my first pet, but I had to say that Kelvin felt like the real one, because I could take care of him. Orange well…he died early. =(

I got GIMP this year too, and managed to make some really good graphics (even in my opinion xD). Although I know I will never be as good as other people, I’m still glad.

 

I finally let go of someone, whom I used to love but who had also given me much grief and depression. I’d hope to remain friends, but he did something that was utterly unforgivable – and I can’t forgive him, not now, not in the future. And with his departure, I found someone else: that isn’t as much of a jerk as he is =)

For 2011, the first important event would be the CCA Orientation. Hopefully the performances go on fine without any problems, and we would manage to attract more Sec 1s.

Second event would be the Farewell Chairman ceremony. After having gone through so much grief over it, I hope we can put up a good performance on that day. Heck, we’d even have to have a whole week of training straight after school.

Well and after that, who knows? I really hope that the team can put up more performances for other HQ events. I don’t want the ceremony to be my last time performing. That’s my wish for 2011: to be able to perform more. And for NCC Land to achieve a gold for BUC xD

For my friends, I hope that we can all become closer than we are now, and to be able to support each other if one of us ever needs it.
